摘要: 根据能量代谢途径的不同,运动分为有氧运动(如慢跑、瑜伽)和无氧运动(如举重、跨栏)。运动不仅可以缓解压力,释放情绪,而且对神经系统、免疫系统、运动系统、内分泌系统、血液循环系统具有良好的保护作用。文章系统阐述了运动在生理性心肌肥大、病理性心肌肥大、心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化、心衰等心脏疾病,以及肥胖、糖尿病、脂肪肝等代谢疾病中的重要调控作用。

Abstract: Exercise can be divided into aerobic exercise such as jogging, yoga, and anaerobic exercise such as weightlifting and hurdles, according to energy metabolism. Exercise can not only relieve pressure and release emotion, but also protect nervous system, immune system, locomotor system, endocrine system and circulatory system. This paper systematically expounds the important regulatory role of exercise in physiological cardiac hypertrophy and cardiovascular diseases such as pathological cardiac hypertrophy, myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis, heart failure, and metabolic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, fatty liver.
