摘要: 干细胞是一类具有自我增殖能力和多向分化潜能的细胞。以胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞为核心的干细胞技术的跨越
式发展正引领着一场新的生物医学革命。文章主要介绍干细胞技术的发展及其在细胞治疗、疾病模型、药物筛选和人造器
官等领域的研究进展与挑战。尽管干细胞基础研究取得了巨大进步,但是干细胞技术的临床转化和产业化仍然面临诸多挑
战。如何更好地利用干细胞和交叉学科新技术为人类服务还有很多事情等着我们去做。

Abstract: Stem cell is a kind of cells with self-proliferation ability and the potential of multi-directional differentiation. Advances in stem cell technologies, with embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells as the core, are leading a biomedical revolution. This review mainly introduces the development of stem cell technologies, as well as their research progress and challenges in cell therapy, disease model, drug screening and organoids. Despite the great progress in basic stem cell research, the clinical transformation and industrialization of stem cell technologies still face many challenges. There is still much to be done to make better use of stem cells and cross-disciplinary technologies.
