摘要: 介绍了DNA同源重组机制确立的过程。其主要内容包括基因连锁和重组现象的发现,交叉假设的提出,断裂重接假设和复制选择假设的出现,同源重组的三个模型(Holliday模型、单链断裂模型和双链断裂模型)的确立。

Abstract: The establishment of homologous recombination mechanisms is introduced. The key events include the discover of gene linkage and recombination phenomena, the proposition of chiasmatype hypothesis, the appear of breakage, reunion and copy choice hypothesis, the establishment of three models of homologous recombination: Holliday model, single-strand-break and double-strandbreak repair model for recombination.
