On the Evolutionary Mechanism of Multicellularity

Abstract: In this article, new opinion on the evolutionary mechanism of multicelluarity was presented, i.e., the evolution of life was a process of efficiency optimization for survival. Therefore an inevitable conflict that between individual and overall interests within multicellularity was occured. This should be coordinated to assure the overall efficiency which hints that regulation were of ultimate importance.
