The big spatiotemporal behavior trajectory data contain rich human behavior patterns and rules, and hide some spatiotemporal clustering patterns with strong spatiotemporal correlations. The high performance spatiotemporal clustering and social analysis is a key scientific research problem need to be solved in the field of geographic information science and engineering. We research the methods of spatiotemporal clustering of behavior trajectory data, and furtherly study the high performance computingproblems of t he spatiotemporal clustering, and finally analyze three applications based on these spatiotemporal clustering methods, including hotspots extraction, anomalous trajectory detection and traffic congestion analysis. These applications can provide an effective reference for urban traffic management, social management, and human daily travel.

We introduce the concept of parallel universes through two aspects of surveying. From macroscopic view, the ancient puzzle of star distance measuring, which is caused by the vanishing of star parallax, is reviewed. Then, standard candlelight distance measurement with cepheids and the redshift determination proposed by Hubble are introduced to measure the distances of stars. The latter helped Big Bang theory defeated the hypothesis of steady state universe. Then, the theory of Inflationary Universe leads to the first and second layer of parallel universes. From the microscopic view, we first introduce the failure of Newton’s alchemy, which leads the four fundamental forces and quantum mechanics. The measurement uncertainty of microparticles and the Schrodinger equation for the wave function are further discussed. The mainstream interpretation of wave function is the standard Copenhagen interpretation. However, the many worlds interpretation presented by Everett, which leads to the parallel universes of quantum mechanics, has been widely recognized.

Thousands of years of natural erosion, urban expansion and human destruction caused by social and economic development, a large number of ancient human remains are rapidly disappearing in irreversible ways. This paper briefly introduces the present situation and development of remote sensing technology for archaeological discover. An airborne LiDAR remote sensing technology using vegetation filtering to obtain near standard micro topography is presented to discover ancient human relics in China. Different regions and different types of relic archaeological discoveries are taken as examples for the LiDAR remote sensing technology in archaeological discovery, research, protecting and displaying the scientific value of Chinese civilization.

In the 1 970s and 1 980s, English zoologist Tim Clutton-Brock analyzed the evolution of social diversity in primate by comparative approach. The analyses introduced marked improvements in methodology over the earlier comparative studies. In this paper, the relationships and improvements are presented among the home ranges, sexual dimorphism of weights and teeth, testicular sizes and reproductive systems as well as sexual swellings of female primates.
