Neutron Capature Therapy is now a new option for tumor treatment and is becoming a routine therapy for tumor treatment. The difficulties for the development of that firstly is the compound mixed with Boron. At present, it has enterec the 3rd development phase, that is, the breakthrough on the treatment effectiveness for the particular tumor. Secondly. It is the difficulty with neutron resources device. The old research reactors have no affinity of the clinical treatment and most of them have reached the retirement time. Therefore, it is hard to use the old reactors as the basic facility for the promotion of the routine treatment.
The In-hospital Neutron lrradiator specially designed for the Neutron Capture Therapy based on the miniature reactor which has been successfully ceveloped by China can be installed inside the hospital and operated directly by doctors. The device has 2 neutron beams for the irradiation treatment of the shallow and deep tumors. It has provided a safe, simple and practical treatment oevice for the realization of the routine treatment of Neutron Capture Therapy.

The human brain contains roughly 100 billion neurons, and each neuron connects and communicates with others by up to 10 000 synapses, and the interconnected neurons form distinctive functional networks to provide the fundamental neural basis for many highorder brain functions including consciousness, cognition, learning and memory. These synaptic connections are dynamic and plastic, and their structure and function are susceptible to persistent modifications by the external inputselicited neuronal activities, a property widely known as activitydependent longterm synaptic plasticity. Numerous experimental and theoretical studies support that longterm synaptic plasticity is one of the fundamentally cellular mechanisms for the learning and memory and involved in the nervous system diseases (e.g. Alzheimer disease, drug addiction). This article is aimed to provide an introduction and our outlook to the research of longterm synaptic plasticity.

Junggar basin not only contains rich oil resources, but also has yielded many vertebrate fossils. This paper reviews the almost one century vertebrate research history briefly, and introduces important progress which has been made recently. Many interesting specimens have been discovered, e.g. Guanlong wucaii, Jiangjunosaurus junggarensis and some mammal fossils. Recent works on the Junggar basin have increased the number and biodiversity of animal genera; provide evidence for the biodiversity of evolution, division and correlation of stratigraphy, or ensuring geology age. Finally, the article takes the south margin of Junggar basin and Klameli area as example and summarized the main clades fossil of Mesozoic in these areas. Through analyzing the characteristics of the mainly Biota and discussing the significance in the stratigraphic subdivision, we also suggests gathering the micropaleontology sample meanwhile excavation vertebrate fossil in order to enhance the accuracy of vertebrate in the stratigraphic subdivision work.

The Ming and Qing dynasties were the important period to integrate Chinese mechanics knowledge with the western’s. The spread abroad and uses of mathematics sign is a reduction of mechanics knowledge in the Ming and Qing dynasties. The popularization of mathematics sign in mechanics knowledge implicated the process that the western science transmit to china. With the internationalization of science, mechanics knowledge of the Ming and Qing dynasties was described in western mathematics sign language and was used extensively in the mechanical books during Ming and Qing dynasties.

The beauties of appearance of shape and structure are explored from natural world to scientific area. And we pay more attention to the physics regularity and application value containing in the form and pattern. As the nonlinear science appears, the study of form and pattern becomes the focus of science research again. It can grow into some special morphologies in nonequilibrium condition such as skeleton crystals and dendrites and so on. In this article, some theories and different types of the patterns formation are reviewed.
