摘要: 柔性可穿戴传感器作为穿戴式电子系统的重要组成部分,在个人健康监护、人机交互体系以及人造电子皮肤等领域具有广阔的应用前景,是当下最前沿的研究领域之一。文章概要介绍了不同类型的柔性可穿戴传感器的研究现状,简略归纳了柔性传感器中的关键技术参数,同时对柔性传感器大面积阵列制造所面临的挑战及新方法进行了阐述和分析,最后展望了柔性传感器未来的发展趋势。

Abstract: As an indispensable part of the wearable electronic device system, the flexible intelligent sensor stands at an essential frontier currently, which is promising in the application of personal health surveillance, man-machine interaction, and artificial electronic skin. The research status of flexible intelligent sensors with various types is briefly reviewed, and the key technical parameters of flexible sensors are summarized in this article. The challenges and new methods of large-scale manufacturing of flexible sensors are expounded and analyzed. Finally, the development trend of flexible sensors in the future is prospected.
