Abstract:

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has attracted intense attentions due to its superior properties such as easy processibility, wide optical absorption, long life photoluminescence and high fluorescence intensity. Perovskites combine the merits of both organic and inorganic parts, showing promising potential in photovoltaic, lighting, ferroelectric and photodetector fields. This paper mainly introduces the various kinds of pervoskite materials and devices which have been used to make solar cells in recent years. The research trends of the perovskite solar cells are also briefly discussed.

Key words: organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite, electronic effect, photovoltaic material
