Abstract: A nanoscience and technology rises rapidly, is in the world any person, any organization and any country does not have the means impediment. Although has the huge economy and the social efficiency, but like other science and technology, a nanotechnology also is a double-edged sword, how to use its effective one side and avoid its harm, is what we can have to face. In this article, the main domestic and foreign man-made nanomaterials security research progress are summarized in the recent years, Existence questions has been discussed, and the further development proposal is put forward in this foundation.
