Abstract:

The concept of the Beautiful China is proposed as a concrete goal of the construction of national ecological civilization in China. Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system, and the processes of building the Beautiful China must be integrated into economic, political, cultural and social constructions. This fully indicates the national noble and advanced thought of sustainable development. Building the Beautiful China is a complete system which constitutes of natural systems, economic systems and social systems, and it is promoted by culture and technology. Only when the connotation of building the Beautiful China being interpreted profoundly, can the system be constructed scientifically, the targeted policy must be implemented precisely, the construction be promoted orderly in time and space and efficiently, and finally the great
resurge of the Chinese nation be realized.
