摘要:

激光已广泛应用于精密光谱与精密测量中,激光的频率稳定度与光谱纯度决定了测量的精度与光谱的分辨率,因此不断提高激光频率的稳定度和减小激光线宽是精密光谱和精密测量研究领域永远追求的目标。文章介绍了亚赫兹线宽稳频激光的原理与一些关键技术,并展望了未来发展趋势。

Abstract:

Lasers are widely used in precision spectroscopy and precision measurement. The laser frequency stability and spectral purity determine the measurement accuracy and precision. Therefore, lasers with even higher frequency stability and narrower linewidth are pursued. In this paper, we review the techniques of sub-hertz-linewidth lasers and prospect the ways to realize lasers even higher frequency stability.
