对人工脑和仿神经结构工程的历史和现状作了综述，也对用机器忠实地拷贝整个人脑是否必要和可行作了思考。

Abstract:
A review on the history and state of the art of artificial brains and neuromorphic engineering is given in this paper. An argument on the necessity and feasibility of faithfully copying a whole human brain is also given.
