摘要: 磁化开关效应(也称自旋开关效应),是指RFeO3中稀土离子磁矩或铁离子磁矩在特定的外场和温度下发生180°翻转的现象,且由于材料体系中稀土离子的不同而呈现出多种表现形式。文章对稀土正铁氧体RFeO3体系中的磁化开关效应进行分类讨论,并详细讨论磁化开关现象发生前后,稀土离子磁矩和铁离子磁矩两种亚晶格的磁构型,以及外磁场对磁化开关效应的调控。

Abstract: The spin switching effect in RFeO3 system is classified and discussed in this paper. The spin switching effect refers to the henomenon that the rare earth (or iron) ions magnetic moments are reversed by 180° under a specific external field and temperature, which presents various forms due to the difference of rare earth ions. In this paper, the magnetic configurations of rare earth and iron sub-lattices, and the regulation of external magnetic field on spin switching are discussed in detail.
