小肽激素调控植物生殖发育的研究进展

摘要: 近30年来,长度为几十个氨基酸的植物小肽激素被发现广泛参与到植物生长发育过程的调控。小肽激素在极低浓度下起作用,主要介导相邻细胞间通信。在植物生殖发育过程中,雌性器官和雄性器官之间存在复杂的相互作用过程,很多种小肽被发现参与到雌雄互作过程中。文章对柱头和花粉互作过程中的一些小肽家族的功能、信号转导途径和进化等研究进展加以介绍。

Abstract: Plant peptides have been identified as important regulators in many processes of plant growth and development for nearly 30 years. Peptide regulators majorly function in cell-cell communications at very low concentrations. In angiosperms, many classes of peptides have been identified involved in the complex male-female interactions. Here, we introduce the function of the peptide families acting in the pollen-pistil interactions and summarize the progress focusing on the signal transduction and evolution of these peptides.
