摘要: 生物芯片是在固相基底上集成了大量生物分子的微型化、集成化的检测和处理平台,在与生物相关的许多领域均有重大应用。文章主要介绍了生物芯片的发展历史、技术支撑、主要操作步骤和存在的困难,着重分析了生物芯片技术存在的若干关键力学问题,并对未来发展方向进行了初步展望。

Abstract: Biochip is a miniaturized integrated detection and manipulation platform that integrates a large number of biomolecules on solid substrate, which plays an important role in many fields related to biology. This paper presents a brief review on history, technical supports, manipulation steps and existing difficulties for biochips. Several key mechanical problems in biochip technology are emphatically analyzed with a preliminary prospect of this field.
