摘要

6G是继5G之后的第六代移动通信网络,在通信速率、延时能耗及覆盖范围等方面都将面临更大的挑战。文章围绕6G的技术特征,阐述了新型频谱通信材料、第三代半导体材料、新型功能材料、智能材料、电磁防护与热管理材料在6G应用中的重要性,对6G时代新材料的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

6G is the sixth-generation mobile communication network following 5G, and it will face greater challenges in communication rate, latency, energy consumption, and coverage depth. This article focuses on the technical characteristics of 6G and elaborates on the importance of new spectrum communication materials, third-generation semiconductors, novel functional materials, intelligent materials, and electromagnetic shielding and thermal management materials in 6G applications, and looks forward to the development trend of new materials in the 6G era.
