Abstract: The one mandible of Sihongtherium Liu et Zhang was found recently in the Yuhuashi Bed of Liuhe Region, Nanjing. Sihongtherium Liu et Zhang belongs to Anthracotheriidae Gill of Suiformes Jaeckel, Artiodactyla Owen. It may be referred to the middle Miocene in age. It is also a very rare and important fossil.
