Abstract: For coordinating earthquake relief and post-disaster construction, we are required to solve and prevent problems with macro-coordination science of the connection in all relevant disciplines from the overall situation and formulate a comprehensive cross-coordination for the general plan, seek to maximize the overall effectiveness and sustainable development. The new research tacks should be put up on the geology and other related disciplines to broaden our knowledge and thingking way, to find out all the causes and regularities of earthquake, and to serve people in geological disaster.
