Abstract: In this paper, the history of cosmic ray discovery is reviewed, the different technique methods relating with its observation at different energy region are also briefly reviewed. Some typical results of cosmic ray observotion are introduced, such as arrival direction and energy spectrum. The ARGO-YBJ experiment was described in detail.
