摘要:

激光距离测量技术通过测量激光的时间、相位、频率、偏振、强度等信息,实现非接触和高精度的距离测量,在科研和工业生产中具有广泛的应用。单光子探测技术将光电直接探测的灵敏度提高到单光子极限,大幅提升了激光距离测量的能力,使我们看得更远。我们通过发展高速、多通道、高精度单光子探测器,实现了远距离高精度激光三维成像。

Abstract:

Laser distance measurement is widely used in scientific research and industrial application. Non-contact and high precision distance measurement can be realized by measuring the time, phase, frequency, polarization and intensity of laser. Single-photon detection improves the sensitivity of photoelectric direct detection to the limit of single photon, greatly improves the ability of the laser distance measurement, so we can see farther. We have achieved long-distance and high-precision laser three-dimensional imaging through developing high-speed, multi-channel, and high-precision single photon detectors.
