摘要: 冷环境下运动或训练对身体机能如体温调节、心肺机能、免疫系统、神经内分泌系统、能量代谢、耐力素质等的影响 都有其独特特点。利用冷环境下运动对于身体机能的有效作用,对身体机能各方面的特点进行研究,从而避免冷环境对身体 机能的不良影响,更好地完成运动与训练。

Abstract:  Exercise or training in cold environment has its unique characteristics of changes in body functions, such as body temperature regulation, cardiopulmonary function, immune system, neuroendocrine system, energy metabolism, endurance quality. We study the characteristics of all aspects of body functions in cold environment and make use of the effective role of exercise in cold environment to avoid their adverse effects, so as to complete the exercise and training much more effectively in cold environment.
