摘要： 由于发明了一种成像的半导体成像器件——CCD影像传感器，美国科学家威拉德·博伊尔（Willard S. Boyle）和乔治·史密斯（George E. Smith）被授予2009年度的诺贝尔物理学奖，本文将主要介绍他们的工作，CCD技术的基础理论和未来的发展及挑战。
