摘要: 材料与结构在微纳米尺度展现了许多不同于宏观尺度的新特征,微纳加工技术已经成为当前科学研究与工业开发的热门领域之一。笔者简要介绍了负折射材料和黑硅这两种微纳光学材料的制备及其特性,展示了微纳光学材料在新技术中的广阔前景和科技创新中的重要作用。

Abstract: Materials and structures in micro and nano scale present many new characteristics different from the macroscopic scale. Micronano processing technology has been one of the most popular fields in the current scientific research and industrial development. The preparation and special characteristics of negative refractive material and black silicon are introduced. Micronano optical devices play important role in new technology and broad prospects of science and technology innovation.
