摘要: 脑网络是复杂的生命系统中一个最典型的复杂网络,是一类“网络的网络”。目前可从三个层次对大脑网络进行建模探索,即微观尺度(神经元)、中尺度(神经集群)、大尺度(脑区域),各层次之间相互影响、错综复杂,研究难度很大。笔者从网络科学观来评述大脑网络的探索进程、研究方法和主要类型。

Abstract: Brain network is a typical complex network for the most complex living systems, and it belongs to “network of networks”. At present, the research is focused on brain models from three levels, namely, microscopic scale (neuron), the mesoscale (neural cluster) and large scale (cortical area). Exploring brain network is very difficult because they influence each other and complicate among various brain levels. The author introduced explore process, research methods and main types of brain networks. 
