摘要:  综述了自达尔文学说诞生以来,生物进化论经历了孟德尔颗粒遗传理论、新拉马克主义、新达尔文主义直到现代综合进化论建立的发展历程。然而,综合论更面临着来自分子生物学新信息和古生物学重大新发现的挑战和发展机遇,由此产生了分子中性遗传漂变假说和三幕式寒武大爆发假说。

Abstract:  The development of evolutionary theory, from the original Darwinism through Neo-Lamarckism, Mendelism, Neo-Darwinism to the modern synthetic theory, is herein reviewed. The synthetic theory is again challenged by the new information from molecular investigations and new significant fossil discoveries. As a result, the neutral mutation-random hypothesis and the Threeepisode Cambrian Explosion hypothesis have been proposed.
