摘要: 简要介绍了金属基复合材料的分类和发展现状,并重点介绍了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的几种常用制备方法,包括搅拌铸造法、挤压铸造法、液态金属浸渗法、粉末冶金法、喷射沉积法和比较新颖的原位反应复合法;同时综述了颗粒增强铝基复合材料力学性能的研究进展,包括实验进展、理论模型和模拟的进展;最后展望了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的发展方向。

Abstract: The classification and recent status of metal matrix composites and the general methods for fabricating particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites are described. The methods include stir casting, powder metallurgy, spray deposition and the relatively new in-situ reactive fabrication. Then the progress in the mechanical properties of particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites is introduced. Finally, the future development of particulate reinforced aluminum matrix is discussed.
