摘要: 多面体笼型聚倍半硅氧烷(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes, POSS)是一种内核为Si—O—Si骨架笼形结构、外壳连接有机反应性基团R的无机/有机纳米结构粒子,能够以多种方式引入聚合物中,并且通过溶液组装提供独特的疏水疏油表面。在介绍POSS结构特点的基础上,介绍了POSS基含氟聚合物的合成、组装涂层性能,以及POSS基含氟聚合物在文物保护中的应用。

Abstract: Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) is a typical nano-structured organic/inorganic particle with inner Si—O—Si caged structure bearing one or more functional groups R attached to its top corners as the general formula (RSiO1.5)8. POSS can be incorporated into apolymer matrix by the chemical functionalization of one or more functional groups into the corner of the POSS chemical structure, and therefore self-assembled into wettibility surface. This paper mainly introduced the structure features of POSS, the synthesis, assembled micelles and surface wettibility of POSS-based fluoropolymers. The protective performance of two POSSbased fluoroplymers to the sandstone and cottonfiber is also evaluated.
