摘要: 越来越多的研究认为,骨骼肌作为动力器官具有强大的内分泌功能。人们将其分泌释放的细胞因子或多肽称为肌肉因 子(myokine),而且迄今为止已经发现了数百种肌肉因子。这些肌肉因子通过自分泌、旁分泌或内分泌形式发挥生物学作 用,对骨骼肌内的信号转导和外周组织器官代谢产生重要调节作用。肌肉因子为肌肉与其他组织器官提供了分子联系,在细 胞通信中具有重要作用。文章通过追踪最新研究进展,根据肌肉因子的作用效应分类阐述了目前确定的主要肌肉因子的特征 及其生物学功能。

Abstract: More and more researches suggest that, skeletal muscle as a power organ has powerful endocrine function. The cytokines or peptides secreted and released by skeletal muscle are called myokine. So far, hundreds of muscle factors have been discovered. These myokines exert biological effects through autocrine, paracrine or endocrine forms, which have important regulatory effects on skeletal muscle signal transduction and peripheral tissue and organ metabolism. Myokine provides a molecular link between muscle and other tissues and organs, and plays an important role in cell communication. By following the latest research progress, this article elaborates the characteristics and biological functions of the major myokines that have been identified according to their effects.
