摘要: 在空间微重力环境中,对材料制备影响较大的对流、沉降、浮力和流体静压力等因素都消失了,为人类探索、研究新的材料规律和材料制备新技术提供了一个特殊实验环境。本文介绍了国际空间材料科学研究的历史和现状,以及我国空间半导体材料科学研究取得的主要成果。

Abstract: The microgravity in out space provides human being a quite special environment for exploring new laws and new preparation methods of materials, because the convection, deposition, floating, and hydrodynamic pressure, which have great effects on the preparation of materials, disappear in microgravity environment. The internationally historical and current studies on materials under microgravity, and the study results in this field achieved in China are introduced in this paper.
