摘要: 物质的密度是与组成该物质的元素种类及其原子排列的疏密程度有关。在元素种类相同时固态物质的密度取决于晶体结构及其化学键特性。探讨了地球内部各圈层物质的密度状态及其差异的原因,指出了随着深度的增加,即温度和压力的增加,共价键及金属键的键性有增加的趋势。阐述了天体物质的密度差异。笔者认为研究地球各圈层物质的温度和压力状况有利于晶体材料的开发和改进。

Abstract: Material density is relative to species of elements and their atomic arrangement. Solid material density lies on crystal structure and chemical bonding properties. It is illustrated that the state of density in the Earth’s interior layers and the result of their distinctness. As the depth increases, temperature and pressure will increase, the composition of metallic bond and covalent bond will increase. The density distinctness of celestial bodies is discussed. The research of the state of temperature and pressure in the Earth’s layers will conducive to the exploiture and improvement of synthetic materials.
