摘要

从第一例核移植动物到第一例体细胞核移植灵长类动物,核移植研究恰好迎来90周年。在这近百年的研究历程中,核移植研究不仅回答了一系列重大科学问题,且在许多方面已投入到实际应用。文章详述了核移植研究的发展历程、实际应用及其发展现状。

Abstract

From first nuclear transfer animals to first somatic cell nuclear transfer primates, nuclear transfer research has experienced for 90 years. During this nearly 100-year research course, it not only addressed a series of important scientific questions, but also has been put into practical applications in many aspects. Here we reviewed the developments and applications of nuclear transfer.
