Abstract: Doxorubicin can be used to treat a variety of malignant tumors, but its wide clinical application is limited by doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity. The pathogenic mechanism of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity remains unclear, and the available evidence
for prevention and treatment is still insufficient. This article reviews the pathogenic mechanisms, prevention and treatment of
doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity, aiming to provide a more extensive treatment idea and laboratory evidence for further exploration
of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity.
