The characteristics of kimberlites, their mantle xenoliths and diamonds are briefly introduced in this paper. Very close petrogenesis relationship between them has been recognized. Kimberlites are rare igneous rock types discovering in the earth and the kimberlitic magmas derived from mantle at 200km depth. Diamonds are crystallized and stabilized at high pressure, high temperature and low oxygen fugacity condition in the mantle. When the kimberlitic magmas rapid ascend they can carry mantle rocks and their segregated minerals such as olivines, garnets, pyroxenes, spinals etc. to uplift from mantle to upper crust or surface. A very important event is the diamonds also as xenocrystals born by magma and preserved in kimberlites. Except the solid diffuse of carbon particles, melts and fluids are the non-neglected factors at the formed processes of diamonds.

In this paper, the scientific content and research trend of environmental nanoscience and nanotechnology were introduced, and the difference between nanoscale pollutions (Nps) and artificial nanomaterials was also discussed. The author pointed out that Nps came from natural and unintentional/intentional anthropogenic activities, which have existed for many many years, whereas artificial nanomaterials were born only for several ten years. Up to now, there are no reports on environmental security accidents caused by nanotechnology. However, in order to guide correctly the application of nanomaterials, the negative effects arising probably from nanomaterials should be investigated to avoid or reduced the environmental security risk. In this review paper, the author emphasized that nanotechnology, as a most powerful technique, can provide new opportunities for improving in environment, such as detection, remediation and treatment for NPs.

The wild birds are the precious natural resource. On one hand because of broad action, especially the migratory birds has a habit of regular long distance flew, So the wild birds will exist the possible of infecting and transmitting avian influenza viruses. The ecology, epidemiology, genetics, and evolution of pathogens can be integrated and researched the relation with the ecology of their hosts. We will be fully understood the prevalence mechanism. On the other hand because of the natural factors and not rational use, cause the wild birds resources faced with many ecology questions, and from this proposed the corresponding protection countermeasure.

The migration routes of Great Black-headed Gull and Bar-headed Gull breeding at Qinghai Lake were studied using satellite-tracking from July of 2006 to July of 2007. Four Great Black-headed Gulls and one Bar-headed Goose banded with satellite transmitters, arrived at their wintering sites and backed to Qinghai Lake in next year successfully. In this paper, the migration routes of Great Black-headed Gull and Bar-headed Goose were clarified, combining the application of satellite-tracking on birds migration, which provides the scientific evidences on the relationship between Avian Influenza and bird migration at Qinghai Lake, even at the Central Asia-India flyway.

Urban bird management is an important aspect of eco-city construction. It included three main parts: research, environmental education and management. Research progress should focus on different study objects: species, community, landscape, and provide scientific bases for urban bird management. Environmental education should be finished on different scales: people around territory scopes, community and all citizens, and provide public support and participation. The urban bird management should be implemented in different periods, and its main task is habitats conservation and ecological restoration. Successful plans for urban bird management should be based on land management, city layout considering needs of urban citizens and wildlife synthetically.
