摘要: 本文综述了古代人对静电现象的观察、研究及静电学理论体系的形成,阐明了由传统意义上的静电到现代静电问题研究的发展,讨论了人体静电、静电放电及其电磁辐射相关联的以静电起电原理、静电放电模型、静电危害及防护、静电测试技术为主要研究内容的静电防护工程问题。

Abstract: The observation and research on electrostatic phenomena by the ancients, and the formation of electrostatics theory are summarized. The development trends from traditional static electricity to current electrostatic problems are explained. Electrostatic protection engineering related to static electricity on human body, electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic radiation is discussed. Researches on the mechanism of electrostatic electrification, electrostatic discharge models, electrostatic hazards and protection, electrostatic measurement techniques are presented.
