摘要: 1953年,DNA双螺旋结构的发现标志着生命科学黄金时代的到来。50多年后,另一项被誉为可与DNA相媲美的神经科学新发现——镜像神经元,正逐渐成为心理学、神经科学、认知科学等学科的研究热点。镜像神经元是存在于灵长类动物及人类大脑中的一种特殊神经元,它们在个体执行动作和观察相同动作被其他个体执行时均产生放电。

Abstract: The discovery of DNA in 1953 means the life sciences’ golden time’s coming. More than 50 years later, a new nerve scientific discovery—mirror neurons are becoming the “Study Beloved”, which were considered to be equally important as DNA. Mirror neurons, a special kind of neurons, exist in primates and human beings, discharge both when individuals execute actions and when they observe others do the same actions. This article provides an overview about the discovery of mirror neurons and introduces some main research progresses.
