摘要: 近十余年来,晶体硅太阳电池产业得到了蓬勃的发展,其制造技术也在不断进步。作者简要回顾了太阳电池的发展历史;描述了太阳电池的工作原理及工业化生产的工艺步骤;重点介绍了当前工业化生产中提高电池效率的几个主要方法,包括优化硅片性能、高方阻、先进的金属化、以及选择性扩散等;最后强调了技术进步对规模化生产带来的影响。

Abstract:
The crystalline silicon solar cell industry has been growing remarkably in the recent ten years, along with continuous improvement on the manufacturing technology. In this paper, we have briefly reviewed the history of solar cell development, the working principle of solar cell, and the process sequence on manufacturing crystalline silicon solar cell. We have introduced several industrialapplicable methods to improve the solar cell performance, such as wafer property optimization, uniform high sheet resistance emitter, advance metallization, and selective emitter. The impact of advance processing on the large scale manufacturing has also been addressed.
