摘要： 回顾了小鼠走进实验室的发展历程，并结合实际介绍了自发突变小鼠、基因修饰小鼠在生命科学研究和生物医药发展中的科学意义和应用价值，展望了基因修饰小鼠模型的研发新技术。

Abstract: The origin of laboratory mice and their application in life sciences research were reviewed, including spontaneous mutant mouse models and genetically modified mouse models. The new technologies to develop genetically modified mice were also introduced.
